Hi – Welcome to my website, where you can track my publications and contact me about teaching or speaking, and to my blog, where I write about finding a spiritual path, whether you believe in any sort of traditional God or not.

I have long been interested in spirituality, but really found myself in need of some sort of spiritual path, of something, in 2004, when I was bottoming out on drugs and alcohol.

I just couldn’t live like that anymore.

There had to be another way.

Through trial and error, and with a lot of help, I found that there was a voice I could trust inside me. We all can connect with a some sort of inner guide, personal to us, whether we’ve grown up with any spiritual path or not, whether we’re looking inside a church or out. Nothing is required except an open mind.

You can receive weekly emails straight to your inbox, describing ways we can live open, engaged, connected lives by looking inward and connecting more deeply with our own spirits. Subscribe by using the box above, or visiting my blog.

You can contact me directly at Melissa@melissajoanwalker.com or connect with me via facebook or twitter.

Your own spirit is a guide that can be trusted. By connecting more deeply, you can sort through life's messiness to find joy, connection, and peace.
